We started the company together, and all bureaucracy is patya.Sega seems like I’m in this with me si.Am I work too hard? Or are they just lazy, unmotivated & partners? I will not be so uptight about things, how to communicate that I am impatient about the lack of interest in the partnership?

  1. BShakey Says:

Entreprenuers tend to be flaky. As a general rule of thumb — the more entreprenuirially minded, the flakier. That explains why they don’t do so well working in Companies that are large and bureacracratic — but may exel as an entreprenuer.

I would suggest you try to find out each of your unique abilities — everybody has one or two that they bring to the table. Then let them do what they love to do and do best. You do the same — and grow your company around those abilities.

If this is an area of concern, buy out your partners.

Instead of working to fix this, it might be easier to just buy them out.

Buy them out or have them buy you out – very simple . Things will not get better and this is like the 3rd time you posted this question too .
