Learn Your Action Style For Online Business Success

Whether you have been in the business of Internet marketing for a year of much longer, the temptation to find the easier way out is always there. Sometimes it seems that things are moving way too slow and you want to get more sales to boost your earnings but nothing seems to help. I found that business owners fall into two distinct Action Styles.
The essential problem usually centers on the plan of action and the follow-through to the plan of action. If you have a plan of action or business plan you’ll want to put a lot of time and energy into the implementation of that plan.
Initiators
Many people who do their own planning tend to fall short when it comes to taking consistent action. They are initiators. They love the creativity of planning but tend to get bored by the details of day to day implementation.
This is not simply a weakness of character; it is often based on the personality type. Some people are natural planners. They are initiators who derive great satisfaction in creating a plan, innovating or problem solving. They make great strategists or big picture thinkers.
In-betweeners
Others fall into the category of in-betweeners or finishers. In-betweeners like to find projects that they can polish, clean up and fix. Many of them will find existing businesses, buy them, and make them profitable. Often these individuals are not self-starters and have problems coming up with original ideas.
They can analyze an existing system and come up with solutions to improve the situation and make things better. Whether you are an initiator or an in-betweener, you can succeed if you know your strengths and accept your weaknesses.
Here are 12 action steps to consistent marketing and sales in your online business. The goal is to develop consistency in your execution. You must first craft your plan and build an action calendar to follow. For initiators, you will find this part to be the most satisfying. If you can afford to hire an in-betweener to follow through, this will be your best answer to successful sales.
For in-betweeners, you might struggle with the planning and want to get started without one. Please avoid the temptation to do so because you will get lost in the details of execution without a formula for success. Find someone who can build your road map for you and lay out the contingency plan as well as the exit strategies
