Discovered in the 21stC: The Underlying Law of Nature.
The underlying law of nature may be the world’s most useful, profitable and encouraging knowledge.
The top 3 General Characteristics of The underlying law of nature are:
#1. The Way of All Things
#2. The Basis of All Laws and Principles
#3. The Basis of All Health, Growth, Efficacy and Efficiency
Google it – as a start.
The empirical process for identifying the underlying law of nature was discovered in 2008.
Soon we may all do so.

The most useful question ever, is
What is the underlying law of nature?
Be among the first to identify, understand and apply its answer. Why?
1. It is the way of all things. (observable)
2. It is the basis and absolute reference frame of the principles of thought, intelligence, communication and logic.
3. It made possible the formulation of these four principles.
4. Conscious use of these principles permit efficacy and efficiency to multiply in business and life.
Google it, as a start.

Isn’t “corporate ethics” an oxymoron.

The real challenge is to balance between what is considered as an “ethical practice” which is highly related to firms’stakeholders, and shareholders, where this category simply represents the “earning” side of the firm. My thought is, whenever firms are employing ethical behaviour towards PROFIT then the action is UNETHICAL

On the topic of ethics. The rats are jumping ship.
CHEMRISK – a research company hired by the Corn Refiners Association has recently taken down it’s YouTube channel.
The removal was in response to negative public perception resulting from the discovery of dangerous levels of MERCURY in HIGH-FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP. Apparently it has become a liability to defend the sweetener.
See one of the last remaining ChemRisk videos at CornRefinersAssoc on YouTube.

Patrick, as a business leader myself I’m thrilled to see your emphasis on values and ethics as opposed to strategy and numbers. All power to you and those mature leaders and organisations that choose to listen and implement value-based change.

Well I am amazed at how fast it is all changing. I work with up to 4 different multinationals each week, and most are re-writing the rules and values of their business because they know that people like YouTube community will punish them if they don’t change and actually, althought you may find it hard to believe, those in the corporations also mostly happen to think as you do.

How I wish what you said is the true value for corporation, but more than often, we hardly see any corporation that is more than willing to put humanity and lives at risks in the pathological pursuit for profit. Prof Joel Bakan wrote a book that turns into an award-winning documentary – the corporation.
