I’ve looked into what is involved in becoming a manicurist or a nail technician fairly extensively – I must have read the standard cosmetology textbook, Milady’s, several times. There is quite a bit involved in becoming a nail technician! Especially if you live in the US, there are quite a few states that require you to have a cosmetology license (which requires you to have completed a cosmetology course) to be allowed to open a business. I’d highly recommend professional training – and I’d also recommend getting a business coach at startup, and asking for some strategies which you can implement by yourself down the track.

Yes I agree it can be a great idea for a business. You must be very focused on customer service this days. Offering magazines, coffee and tea are a must to add that extra touch. If you can have a place where people can get their nails, hair, makeup waxing or laser hair removal and tanning done at the same place/time that would be ideal. People do always care about beauty and looking younger and healthier.

i think just in my idea if you want to do this business you have to hire gay parlorists in my country the best massagers are the blind ones… i don’t know why but they are really good at massaging
