Your Overall Game Plan For An Internet Business
Internet Business Plans – What’s Your Game Plan? Part I
By Claire Bullerwell
You’re reading this article because you have started, or are wanting to start, your own Internet business. This is great because you are not looking for easy money through a hopeless opportunity, and you also see the need to ‘plan’ which is THE most important first step. So let’s begin.
In this article we aren’t going to discuss different internet business plans, because that is far too diverse to cover. What we are going to do here is follow a step-by-step procedure to help you decide on your overall ‘game-plan’ for your internet business.
#1 Pick Your Niche
This is important because once you have started, you cannot change your mind. You need to have a good all-round knowledge of this area but you can also learn and pick-up new pieces along the way.
The most important thing is to have a real passion for this niche. There’s no point in starting an internet business on which you will work on a daily basis if you have little or no interest in the subject matter.
#2 Study Your Niche
You now need to study your niche in detail. What information are they looking for? What is troubling the majority of your niche? How can you help them?
What are your competitors doing? What are they selling? Can you sell these too or even do better? Find this information on forums, blogs and anywhere else where people in your niche hang-out.
#3 Copy The Big Boys
I think people are starting to realise that you don’t need to come up with new ideas to get an internet business off the ground, but you do need to ‘model’ yourself on people who are already successful.
Who is successful in your niche? Research and delve into their business model and see how they get their visitors, how they turn them into subscribers, how they then turn them into customers.
What is their sales funnel doing? You need to do the same or similar with your own personal added twist! Create a swipe file and put all your finding in there (even keep screen captures of good sales / web pages).
#4 Your Plan of Attack
What you find out in #3 will help you decide on this section.
This is discussed in Part II.
Will cover:
1. Marketing Strategy
2. Business Model
3. What You Will Sell
#5 Write It All Down
Start writing everything down what you do. Keep a diary of events. If you’ve fiddled around with an autoresponder follow-up sequence and it proves successful, take a note of what you done so you can repeat this with another list.
Write all your processes and systems down and keep in a diary or some kind of filing system.

first of all you have to do is to build your Niche website like a PRO, it doesn’t matter whether you are providing what kinds of articles, but the theme and look of website should be attractive at the same time article you provide should be Unique.
