I’ve been working on an internet business proposal for quite some time, and I have the basis for the business model. This is a complete start-up, so I need some financial backing. I’m really not sure how to go about finding investors. I’ve heard of angel investors, venture capitalists, and others. Any suggestions on how I can acquire some investments? And what exactly are these people looking for? Thanks.

Me and my friend have thought of two ideas, and can’t fully decide between these two ideas for a small business. Either a car wash where we would find 10 to 15 cars a week to clean, set it up so we would just come clean each of them each week for $50 – $75 for a full inside and outside detail or have a lawn mowing business. Any other similar ideas? We just want something for and hour or two a day on regular days and up to 6 hours on saturday.
Not sure if I mentioned it very clearly, it won’t be a full time thing, just after work during the week and on saturdays.
